Advanced Ceramics Components
SMILVEN supplies custom ceramic parts in a variety of shapes according to customers’ specification. We specialize in precision tolerance advanced ceramic components in both prototype and production quantities. Our products include high purity alumina, zirconia, silicon carbide, silicon nitride and machinable ceramics.
Typically, the custom technical ceramic components and parts we supply are used for three main reasons:
1. High temperature ceramics - crucibles, nozzles, lasers, furnace/kiln fixtures
2. Wear and corrosion resistant ceramics – plates, housings, gages, caps/lids
3. Electrical insulation ceramics – contact blocks, standoffs, fasteners, spacers
